Startups
Fluvio provides startups a safer, faster route to establishing a product marketing foundation, validating product-market fit, and accelerating sustainable growth.
Many early-stage tech or SaaS companies have an engineering-first mindset, but as they begin to reach an apex in their trajectory, establishing a product marketing function can help push them across the chasm and find true product-market fit.
STARTUP PACKAGE
SUPERCHARGE YOUR GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY WITH A STRONG PRODUCT MARKETING FOUNDATION
Fluvio’s startup package is perfect for startups who want to boost their go-to-market strategies but may not have the time or expertise to do it alone. We can help you lay a strong product marketing foundation that sets your business up for success.
PACKAGE ELEMENTS
The startup package is designed to give your business a strong foundation for success. We start with an assessment to understand the current state of your organization. With the assessment as an input, we lead an alignment workshop that serves as the building block for select projects, bringing together key stakeholders to align on the company vision, market, customers, and more.
Once we have a clear vision, our team gets to work on targeted projects tailored to your business needs. We understand that every business is unique, so we recommend projects that align with your specific challenges such as conducting market and competitive research, analyzing target audiences, developing messaging and positioning, and planning go-to-market strategy.
You’ll walk away with foundational strategy and deliverables that tee you up for future success.
OUR PROCESS
1) INITIAL DISCUSSION
First, we’ll chat about the current stage of your startup and GTM health, and assess what your startup package needs are.
2) ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP
Then, we’ll facilitate a one-day workshop (in-person or remote) based on our initial discussion to gather and align on inputs required for our work.
3) PROJECT WORK
After the workshop, we’ll quickly get to work on the strategic projects and deliverables that your organization needs most.
