Fluvio Is launching a collection of workshops that cater to early- to mid-stage startups looking to define or refine their positioning or messaging and optimize their go-to-market strategy. 

Developed after supporting many clients with positioning and messaging initiatives, our workshops guide participants through a series of themed exercises that are designed to help cross-functional leaders ideate, and ultimately, align on foundational go-to-market elements.


What are the new workshops we’re offering?

Strategic Positioning Workshop 

Goal: Define and document strategic positioning inputs and align key stakeholders around core differentiators and unique value delivered to customers. Best for companies who need internal alignment or are starting a new brand, product, or all around overhauled company vision. 

Strategic Messaging Workshop 

Goal: Define and document strategic messaging inputs and align key stakeholders around core messaging components like value propositions, pain points, and customer outcomes. Best for companies who don’t have any messaging developed and/or are starting a new brand, product, or need all around overhauled messaging. 

After one day of your time you’ll have a messaging framework or a positioning guide that you can socialize across the entire organization and use as a north star for ongoing go-to-market initiatives.
