After 6 months of working together, we sat down and interviewed Diligent’s former Director of Product Marketing and the current Vice President of Product Marketing at Optoro, Mckenzie Harper to get her thoughts on our work together.

Who is Diligent?

Diligent is the largest Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) software provider in the world, offering the first truly integrated GRC platform that connects boards and leadership teams with the people, data, and insights they need to maintain the integrity of day to day operations — to do the right thing and answer the question, “How do I know I am not missing something?”.

What problems were you encountering that led you to believe a product marketing consultant could help?

At any fast paced tech company, it is difficult to bring on resources and talent as quickly as the business is growing. Teams need smart, driven individuals who can help build internal relationships, own projects, and serve the needs of the business as true employees. Prior to Fluvio, it was nearly impossible to find Product Marketing consultants or contractors that could learn quickly, adapt to the business, and fill the needs of the business in what feels like the blink of an eye.

How has Fluvio helped you?
